Welcome to the inverted world !

For whom ?
This workshop is oriented to everyone who wants to start or is already practising handstands. The goal is to give the tools to achieve a “straight free handstand” (off the wall) in a structured way, setting goals in time, with short, middle and long term checkpoints.

Basic & Intermediate
Advanced practitioners are welcome to expand the repertoire of exercises and vocabulary. Many of the exercises are always hard and with infinite possibilities for refinement. Come and try ;)

How to practice with approach to different typical cases:
- stiff shoulders
- pain in wrist
- fear of falling
- not possible to kick/jump up
- not possible to avoid walking
- not possible to avoid arching
- slightly planched shoulders
- difficult to press

Cancelation policy
Participants who cancel up to 7 days before the course starts regain the full amount subtracting an administration fee of 20 DKK / 25 SEK. Later than 7 days before starting there is no refund. Cancellation must be done writing to boris@acrobhakti.com.

Teacher: Boris
Boris have been doing acrobatics since 1996 (19 years!!) in the form of sports acrobatics, circus & acroyoga. With background in kung-fu and yoga he blends these ancient knowledges with the techniques giving a philosophical and practical perspective. Sense of humour ? guaranteed !

Assistant: Kasper
Kasper has had his love affair with Acroyoga for two years now and yoga has been in his life for the last 10 years blended with lots of dance and climbing. His focus is presence in movement and experimenting with this in togetherness.
