Welcome to a compact technique time !

This workshop is oriented to everyone who wants to start or is already practising handstands. The goal is to have a “straight free handstand” (off the wall). If needed, there will be techniques to overcome the “fear of falling” :)

Basic & Intermediate
Advanced practitioners are welcome to expand the repertoire of exercises and vocabulary. Some of the exercises are "sweat proof", challenging even for experienced practitioners. Come and try ;)

Alignment of hands, elbows, shoulders, spine, ribs, hips.
Exercises to develop strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance.
Focus in alignment, tightness, balance, rebalance.
Pure handstand time, with time for individual cases.
Flying in low hand to hand (elbows in the ground).
Depending on the group, we can also review “pressing” exercises.

Participants who cancel up to 4 days before the course starts regain the full amount subtracting an administration fee of 20 DKK / 25 SEK. Later than 4 days before starting there is no refund. Cancellation must be done writing to boris@acrobhakti.com.

Boris have been doing acrobatics since 1996 (19 years!!) in the form of sports acrobatics, circus & acroyoga. With background in kung-fu and yoga he blends these ancient knowledges with the techniques giving a philosophical and practical perspective. Sense of humour ? guaranteed !

Kasper has had his love affair with Acroyoga for two years now and yoga has been in his life for the last 10 years blended with lots of dance and climbing. His focus is presence in movement and experimenting with this in togetherness.
