Friday 11:00-13:00
AcroYoga - Loving Kindness
Wind down and let yourself be cradled in Metta, loving kindness. This workshop focus on the
Lunar aspect of AcroYoga. Relaxing Thai massage, partner yoga and therapeutic flying,
a flying massage in the meeting between acrobatics, yoga and massage. Our main tools are
gravity, sensitivity, presence and letting go, feel deeply and just be. Hone the trust in each other.
Give and receive support.
All levels welcome. Come as you are, no experience needed and no partner necessary.

Sunday 13:30-15:30
AcroYoga - Rise to your potential
Join this fun-filled experience as we focus on the Solar aspect of AcroYoga. We turn the world
upside down, fly with open wings and laugh so much that the strongest muscle soreness the day
after will be in the corners of the mouth. No rush, no competition, the goal is to have fun and
enjoy the time together.
All levels welcome. Come as you are, no experience needed and no partner necessary.
